Even if I eat or don't my stomach keeps sounding weird. I don't understand what's this. It just creates weird sound. I don't know what's this

Stomach pain from last 10 days Pain starts in the morning experience till night time. Constipation since last 10 days. Nausea all day. No appetite since last 15 days No fever on thermameter. Which tests to be done. Kindly guide

Doctor suspect my symptoms for IBD.But for me till now there is no blood in stool.and other symptoms are not very severe so can it be controlled with medication at the point where it is now or after treatment also is there a chance of increasing the symptoms. Was diagnosed with B12 deficiency....report shown 162.........Was advised to take Nervijan plus for a month.....feeling much better and overall digestion problem has resolved to some extent.....can I continue for 1more month....is there any side effects ???

I consulted doctor for pain inside anus they told piles and prolapse afterwards I consulted another doctor they said IBD and piles and again it's not solved again I consulted another doctor they examine physically that time they told 2 polyps inside anus at 5 o clock and 8 clock area,I am very concerned is it precancerous polyps ,they told it's not cancerous but my condition is not getting better during motion I am not completely empty the motion burning sensation during and after poop,always feeling pressure inside rectum what should I do, I am a breastfeeding mom and they told to do colonoscopy but now I can't take that test anyone please suggest me

Hello I am having pain at my left side lower rib which moves to side & back from past 1.6 years sometimes it goes no pain but suddenly came back before this it goes silent for weeks but it's come daily ... Now I am having gas issue stomach tightness and all for that doctor gave me pentocid and rifagut which I taken for 15 days doc gave me medicine for IBS but that pain in my left lower ribs is still there ... No cough no fever i am a smoker advised to stop and I stopped.

I have had a lower belly tightness for the past 7 days. From the afternoon I have been having loose motions. Tightness exists between the belly button and c section stitches. I have a 5 yr boy. Is it serious issue? What medication I have to take to reduce motions and this tightness. I had thyroid surgery and took 2 doses of radioactive iodine for cancer. Right now I am using a 150 mcg thyroid tablet and Telma 20 for bp. Please suggest what I need to do. Right Now I can't visit the hospital.

My son is 7 and half year old. He is suffering from loose stool. Not too many in the day but two to three with stomach pain. He had allu paratha the same day he started this problem..but that is his go to food and he generally eats that. He is having a stomach cramp and then he goes to the toilet.
