My sister had Umbilical Hernia for 0.9cm in the abdominal wall. Heaving pain, consulted doctor suggested for laser surgery its cost around 50K, kindly help to understand severity? Does really need operation? Reports attached

Diagnosed with Fatty Liver In USG grade 1-2 Fibroscan 9.1 LFT normal i have lost 6kgs (from 75.7 to 69.5) weight by healthy life style and regular workout ( strength training and cardio) in 2 months But pain at the right side below ribs is not going away ( mild pain and mostly continuous) and doesn't pain while sleeping. My brother's stomach is vibrating today since evening after he did a few push up in the evening. At first legs did shake for a little bit and then this stomach vibrates due to backwards bending a little. Not sure, if this vibration is due to the push up or not. But since then whenever he bends backwards from his waist the stomach starts to vibrate. It happened for the first time. Please let me know. Besides that he did have any other problem.

Hello, Since 15 days I m having pain in right chest especially in night time after sleep. It is like prick to the chest from inside.
