Hi experts,
I have been experiencing poop problems for almost many years.
I go to the toilet at least 5 times a day..almost on a daily basis.
I don't remember when I went to the toilet only for one time a day.
Whenever I feel stressed or anxious it comes especially at that time. Otherwise usually it comes 4-5 times.
Am I suffering from IBS ?
Or it is something else, but I think it is from my birth.
Is there any cure for it ? Please advise 🙏

Hi friend ,a proper history taking is needed to make an accurate diagnosis, consistency of ur stools ,any blood ,mucus or undigested food ?abdominal pain , nausea and bloating ? Any particular food triggers? experiencing any weight loss ,any difficulties in controlling bowel movements,family history of gastro intestinal problems .
With the given history it seems like IBS , however to rule out other causes is important ,so U may need to do blood test , colonoscopy and lactose intolerance test.
