I have had constipation since 2-3 years. It is mostly mild but increases sometimes. 2 months ago I had blood in stool, I was prescribed laxative to soften stool and it went after a week. I still have very hard stools sometimes and incomplete bowel movement. Is there any ayurvedic solution to this?

Hi, I have been suffering from GERD from last 1 year. Feel burning sensation after meals usually 3-4 days a week. Some days are ok. There were 2-3 months which were symptom free and it again came back from last 6 months. Did an antibiotic course and immediately after 2 days all symptoms gone and was feeling super light. After stopping antibiotics symptoms came back. Did HPYLORI stool test which came as negative. Can it still be same?
