Stomach Problems & Remedies

From previous night I have suffered with stomach pain sometimes. I feel when I drink water it happen more.

I am not able to get pressure for potty. And when i go pooty or get fart very bad smell comes like gutter. Also have minor problem of gerd.taking pantocid 40 daily once.

Actually my mother is suffering from some health issue from 2 months . She is going for poop ( 2-3 times) in some days and in some days only once at a day ( irregular way) . We consult with 3 doctors but the disease is not cure . And in heart sometimes she feeling discomfort, lightedness. We do ECG AND in ecg there is low voltage! What should I do ! What are the possible reason for all these thing? Can u plz guide me🙏

I am 5 ft 10 inch but my weight is just 57 kgs. I am using protein powder which contains whey isolate 50% and whey concentrate 25%, rest is whole milk powder, dates and cocoa. I don't do strength training. I am hemorrhoids issue whenever I use protein, is it possible to get hemorrhoids flared up by using whey protein? What alternative I can use to gain weight?
