Having gastric and acidity with b12 deficiency from last 2 years. What is the solution for it? Please let me know the answer for it.

I am nit able to go for motion for 3 days and having feeling discomfort in left side of chest. Is there any medicine that can help me for freshening up.

From previous night I have suffered with stomach pain sometimes. I feel when I drink water it happen more.
