I am having loose motions. 3 uptil now. Started an hour back I think. I also have sharp pain in the upper middle abdomen which is not continuous but happening in intervals. What medicine can I take to feel better.

I have appendicitis... I don't want a surgery.. Please help me.. Will it cure with antibiotics alone... I dont want surgery.. Please help me in this... See my report which is attached below

Hello There, I have digestion issues for years now I feel hungry but whenever I take one or two bite my stomach starts feeling full resulting in inadequate food intake which keeps me hungry and underweight . My weight does not go over 50-51 ever. I went to many doctors about this but whatever medicines they give works temporary. Well If I can get any ayurvedic medicine I think that would be good. Is it common to feel pain around the abdomen area if we sit long (2 to 3 hours) for job. I am getting dull pain around my right upper abdomen area mostly around afternoon and night. I do work from home and sits in front of the laptop for 2 to 3 hous in a stretch as part of my daily routine. I did a usg and endoscopy of stomach. Only lex les and gastritis issue diagnosed. I dont have any other symptoms other than this pain which comes and goes, and that too pain doesn't always occur on one side , sometimes feel pain in the left side and sometime in lower abdomen or around the belly button area as well.

Hello sir For 2 days I am feeling pain in the green area sometimes, specially before pooping, but there was no constipation or diarrhea and stool was completely normal Now today at 5 pm when I was talking nap after walking up I suddenly feeling pain in the red marked areas and the pain was little intense then I wake up Drink water and then pain just get vanished but I started feeling very weak, dizzy and nauseous, I went for poop again and then also stool was completely normal, also my blood pressure is good 119/83 and pulse is little high at 98bpm, but I am still feeling very weak and dizzy So is these pain related to any serious problems ?
