I am lactating mother with 1 month baby..I am having watery loose motion. Which tablet is okay for me ? Or any home remedies?

Normal water coming to home have ph 7. I put lemon and mint in water yesternight and checked now and ph of water is 5 (tested) after 24 hrs. Is it okay to drink lemon water overnight regularly with such PH as i thought it make water alkaline. If not then how can i prepare alkaline water?
