Your symptoms suggest gastritis or acid reflux as the most likely cause. It could also indicate gallbladder issues or pancreatitis if the pain worsens. Suggestions: Avoid Spicy/Oily Foods: Eat bland, small meals. Stay Hydrated: Drink water or clear fluids. Antacids: Over-the-counter antacids can provide temporary relief. Rest: Avoid heavy physical activity. Consult a Doctor If: Pain worsens or radiates to the back. You have fever, vomiting, or severe discomfort. Timely evaluation is essential if symptoms persist.
