Getting too much acidity and reflux weekly once. Getting burning sensation in stomach and slowly hits chest if not taken any pills. On eating outside or any spicy food and leaving too much gaps or on fasting. Unable to function normally

So around 5 months back i was diagnosed with Tuberculosis, currently I'm taking 3 medicines- Macoxplus600, Benadon, Liv52 and my situation is getting better. I have also had external haemorrhoids for a year (never got it tested).. sometimes I get fresh red blood in stools, then after a few days of eating fibre and a good diet, the bleeding and the anus pain stops..it had been happening since a year as mentioned and especially when i consumed too much spicy or oily food. A few days back after consuming hostel food, I got this issue again. I also realised that I have either a internal Haemmorid/ polyp inside..its around 1cm long and has a stem. I feel bloated and have burps during the day(this may be because of macoxplus, as acidity and bloating is a side effect) I also felt slight cramps in my abdomen region..i have normal soft stool most of the time, no appetite and weight loss, no excess bleeding. Bleeding happens for a day or 2 then stops. What to do? Is this serious?

I'm 30 years old. Yesterday I had headache. I put saridon tablet. And within half an hour I vomited. After vomited my headache is gone. Cab I take bifilac capsule for vomiting. What foods should I eat today? Or can I be in empty stomach without having anything

I am suffering from auto immune disease. I noticed inflammatory bowel disease although I am having only 2 meals per day and 8 to 9 hours gap or intermittent fasting. All of a sudden on a day when I woke up I observed pain in middle finger of left leg and angle of left leg knee. It's been around 1 week after noticing the pain in middle finger of left leg. I had similar episodes a year ago when I had pain in left leg ankle and I consulted physiotherapist and they expressed concern that I may have rheumatoid arthritis. It goes away after several weeks. Simarly I had developed pain in left hand joints as well and it goes away after a month or so. Inflammatory bowel disease is something I noticed recently though I used to think it's my constipation and I had taken Bifilac and used to get better at it. Also I noticed intermittent fasting helps me in constipation and otherwise it gets even worse. I also suffer from post ejaculatory illness syndrome What should I do ?

My husband is 41 yrs old ..He is having hyperactivity problem since many days.now he is having constipation n gases too..he did tests today..so please suggest if anything is there that needs to worry.. please suggest 🙏

Hi doctor , I was taking medicines for gastric mucosal prolapse for about 2 years and then I quit taking tablets . I could eat but not more only for a limit I could eat after that I feel like gaging the symptoms still i have but I have stopped the medicine about one year ago now I am worried that whether this condition will leads to cancer I have attached the report kindly share your opinion that would be helpful for me

I've been suffering from loose motions with some sounds in stomach and bowels at midnight especially along with moderate nausea too. I also had some pain in legs and having alot of weakness that I can't even walk properly. I didn't eat anything outside or junk food too..and even after having homemade diet I'm getting this issue. Could it be due to stressful life ? Or just due to indigestion? Please help me to treat this..because I'm still not feeling to eat food at all. and feeling so disturbed mentally that I can't even remember well or focus anything.

Can I take yees d instead of pan d . Doctor has prescribed it to take it before medicine for wisdom tooth pain.

She had a fever and vomiting 2 weeks ago she is having abdomen pain and back pain in liver area from 1 week , blood in stool one time ultrasound report shows fatty liver grade 1,lever function test shows 0 absolute basophil count ,other things are normal, and she has started to get red rashes on her abdomen and back specifically infront of liver area . We have consulted a doctor and he has given medicines initially the pain killers weren't working so he gave an injection which gave some releif to her but now the rash are occurring.please help me
