My grandmother (80 years) having the issue of bloating and loss of apetite..currently  vitazyme medicine..but not getting better..plz suggest ..she's also taking amlopidin 2.5 mg

Two months back i met an accident. After which i had to go through multiple medication including antibiotics,painkiller, and week of neuro medicines . Although I am fine now but i am now suffering from hyperacidity, acid reflux and gas problem,Chest burn and sometimes because of which I feel very restless. This happens after eating anything. What to do ? Any advice ?
