I get palpitations at night and sometimes after waking up .I'm also facing shortness of breath . Was frequently having outside food and since 1week I'm facing this issue I got blood test done it was showing bilirubin total -2.39 haemoglobin i12.1 & iron saturation 80% ECG normal

For a week I have been experiencing a mild stomach ache (belly button muscle) immediately after eating (even one bite of food) or a sip of water. Feel bit gassy too. I started experiencing this after consuming garlic chutney.

My brother's stomach is vibrating today since evening after he did a few push up in the evening. At first legs did shake for a little bit and then this stomach vibrates due to backwards bending a little. Not sure, if this vibration is due to the push up or not.
