I have any colony problem I have pain on right what is the problem I attach usg report my colon is normal or not

I'm suffering from low stomach hcl. Doctor suggested dietary changes but no relief. Shall I go for betaine hcl? Or is their any effective medicine which can cure it. I'm suffering from it since very long period. This disease has destroyed my teenage. I no longer particate in sports. My weight has decreased about 20kgs.

How can i strengthen my digestion power and and also gain some weight. I have very irregular timing of food as well.

When to take ULgel A syrup before meal or after meal? And how long we can take this syrup safely for stomach burning?

I m in intermittent fasting i.e. I completing my dinner 7 pm and my breakfast 9. AM ..all things going fine..i.e. full energy,immunity boosting and weight loss..but I facing constipation ..i.e. not enough pressure to pass and only half I complete

Good day All, My 74 years of father is suffering from acute loose motions for the last two days. Due to this he needs to go to washroom very frequently. Black water like substance is coming out each time. We have taken three doses of medicines like : 1. Oflox-oz tab 2. Flazyl 400 tab 3. Pantosec dsr tab 4. Entrozyme tab 5. Vizylac cap 6. ORS liquid However there is no relief . Could you please advise something to cure it ? Thanks in advance

From past few days I'm experiencing lower abdominal pain. And it is not related to periods. Also I'm having issue in breathing.

Continuous vomiting since last 11-12 days ,no pain in any part of abdomen, consulted doctor and taken ondem md4 thrice a day along with sompraz , digeraft, lifaxid and cintapro for first five days and now taking tacim of with aciloc rd and ondem md4 since last five days .But no improvement till now What to do now. Similar thing happened last year in the month of May 2023 with pain in abdomen and after few days of treatment surgery of appendix was done during jun2023. And there was no problem till now .

Now a days when i go to poop i get blood and have burning sensation and feel like going to poop all the time

She is having mild stomach pain from last 2days no dysentery but sticky stools and may be gas problem. can u please suggest medicine.
