Can I take sat isbol by soaking overnight in morning empty stomach?? Or its preferred at night? Or what's the correct way of taking it?

For 5-6 days i am experiencing stomachache in centre area which is not sharp exactly, daily around 8 at night before dinner and I have to go to sleep with it and in the morning i get up completely fine. I had DROZEE M tablet one day and it worked but next day I didn't and the pain is back. Please suggest but possibly it could be

Shall I take any health supplement like vitamin, or calcium ...? I feel too low ... Struggling in digestion, no energy to do day today works ... Feeling tired always ... Haemoglobin was normal 12.4 and no thyroid.. diabetes which is normal under medication .. am eating well and healthy... but pls can u suggest any supplement to get energy...

For the past few months i have had trouble digesting milk...so i stopped taking milk... Then a few months after that,  each time I consume milk or any gluten food items...i immediately get the urge to poop...I have to go to the washroom within  5 mins of eating anything related to milk or gluten.. Dear concern, From past few months in the frequency of 20-30 days I feel pain in my left side stomach and acidity simultaneously. After taking medicine from doctor, it starts lose motions (2-3 times in a day) for atleast 10-16 days . Kindly guide. Regards
