Right upper quadrant pain
6 months ago I had right upper quadrant cramp pain Colonoscopy and Endoscopy was Normal BILLIRUBIN - 0.82 ( Direct 0.51 + Indirect 0.31) SGOT 36 SGPT 45 USG whole abdomen normal - did that 2 years ago Now yesterday after eating and drinking (2drinks) again cramp like pain in same area. I occasionally drink (once or twice in a month) I'm now very concern about this What should be my next step History Having mild acid reflux (under control) Sometime Having pain in shoulder and right chest- as I have low Vit D Doing desk job from Covid Less activity

Rt.upper abdominal pain could be due to alcohol induced gastritis,acid reflux may have made it worse.Take some PPI once a day for a few days, avoid alcohol.

Pain in right upper quadrant is mainly because of liver,gall bladder and stomach. As you say you have mild acid reflux diseases. And cramp like pain after alcohol is most likely because of your acidity.this is very common after alcohol consumption.
