Your symptoms are suggestive of a bowel-related condition such as IBS or constipation-associated colicky pain, though other causes should be ruled out. Maintain adequate hydration, increase dietary fibre gradually, and avoid trigger foods. Since symptoms are recurrent, consult a gastroenterologist for examination and investigations (CBC, stool tests, and abdominal ultrasound if indicated). Seek urgent care if you develop severe pain, fever, vomiting, blood in stools, or weight loss.
