Pain in Extreme right side of stomach just above waist line since 4 days ...USG DONE a month ago due to same problem please suggest

I have ibs type symptoms from 1 year due to stress it comes and goes doctor prescribed me refaximin and anti spasm medicine that do work but along that i have in digestion watery burps does ibs effect stomach also or i have gastritis i dont have any stomach pain but stomach sharps pinchs some times very less

Hi, I have been suffering from GERD from last 1 year. Feel burning sensation after meals usually 3-4 days a week. Some days are ok. There were 2-3 months which were symptom free and it again came back from last 6 months. Did an antibiotic course and immediately after 2 days all symptoms gone and was feeling super light. After stopping antibiotics symptoms came back. Did HPYLORI stool test which came as negative. Can it still be same?

Light yellow stool since i started taking medication after wisdom tooth extraction, its been 5 days. The doctor prescribed zerodol sp and moxikind cv 625. My last dose of the tablet was on saturday afternoon.
