Pain in abdomen and back
My mother is suffering from Chronic liver disease she is also having subcentimetric mesentric lymph nodes. She is taking cardivas 3. 125 Pantop 40 Rifagut 550 Duphalac 30ml But she is facing mild back and abdomen pain. Biopsy was not done as area was very small. So what can be the reason for this pain and enlarged lymph nodes. Eus and Usg is attached.

Going through the history and ultrasound reports, your mother has Chronic liver disease as mentioned. With minimal ascites. I am not getting the exact cause for CLD? has it been evaluated for a precise diagnosis? Bcz multiple causes are there to cause CLD. Subcentimetric lymph nodes it is a normal finding, so no need to worry and focus on that. Atleast not in this case I would like to advise you to get a basic CBC, LFT, RFT profile and consult a Gastroenterologist or a hepatologist (liver doctor) for a detailed follow up. Best wishes .
