I am a 19 yrs old female. I have been experiencing chest pain since past 1 yrs. It usually occurs when I move my chest or twist my body. The chest pain has been constant since 1 yrs but somedays it doesn't occur. I consulted a doctor 6 months ago.He prescribed me sucrafil O syrup and a gas reliever tablet. While I was on dose of syrup my chest pain completely vanished and my body felt light but when my dose ended and I stopped drinking syrup the chest pain returned back. I also suffer with constipation episodes frequently . Sucrafil reduced my constipation and also vanished chest pain. A year ago I suffered with severe constipation episode which lead to rectal bleeding. Got my ultrasound tests done it showed excessive gas and stool. Even though my constipation has healed to a larger extent. Chest pain still persists with lot of burps.
It would be very helpful if any doctor could help with this..🙏🥺

To alleviate chest pain with burps symptoms, follow a low-acid, gentle diet avoiding trigger foods like citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, spicy foods, and caffeine, and opting for alkaline-rich foods like ginger, almonds, and green vegetables, while also staying hydrated and eating smaller, more frequent meals.
