Hi, i recently did a stool routine because I have on-going bloating issues Everything else seems okay in the report but the reaction is acidic, and in other findings it is mentioned as bacteria +. Is it normal?

What causes green poop if haven't eaten any junk food or street food? And What medicine to take if green poop happens more than twice ?

30 days ago I had severe diarhea, nausea. I took medicine(lomofen and sporlac) and it was alright but stool wasn't proper(it was like diarhea not watery) I consulted a doctor on practo - he told me to have vsl-3, gelusil, ofloz oz, pan d for 5 days. I took those medicines (sometimes I skipped the medicines and the diet in a day) but it didn't work. Infact i'm feeling weak now, running out of energy, i also got little fever, cold etc its not so intense. Should I start taking lomofen, sporlac since it had worked earlier? Please also tell me what all I can eat? What is the next plan of action?

What food should be good for morning breakfast so the whole day my stomach remain happy. And don't need to use bathroom. Is it milk oats or something else? Because if it eat black chana related things my whole day get worse, so I stop eating chana. But I need nutrients for body after morning gym exercise. What would be best?

Had Sibo last month and took rifarex for 10 days. Yesterday got a h pylori antibody igg test done test results shows positive should I worry . Report attached

I'm experiencing recurring episodes of acidity, accompanied by a strong urge to vomit, but I don't actually vomit. Instead, I belch and feel  relief. The symptoms persist, and I'm concerned about the underlying cause. Due to this I am unable to eat food during day as I felt vomit. My symptoms include: - Frequent acidity specially before lunch . - Nausea and vomiting sensation (but no actual vomiting) - Belching, which provides  relief I would appreciate your guidance on managing these symptoms and determining the root cause. Hello Doctor, I am a 32 year old unmarried woman. Since last night, I have been having diarrhea, initially with white mucus. Later my stools turned black and I started having black diarrhea. I have had diarrhea about 10 times so far. I consulted a local doctor and took some medication, but my condition hasn't improved yet. They give medicine  leebiotic, unienzyme,oflotas-oz, Omeprazole drotikond -m,but aftwr taking these.medicine last night andt oday morning my  diareehea is not stopped. Plz suggest a medicine which cam stip diarehea and  the  little blood  withi mucus. I eat only banana and Curd. My current symptoms are: Black-colored stools with mucus diarrhea Severe pain around my navel on left and right sides Needing to go to the bathroom every 15 minute Only Mucus in the diarrhea, with a little bit of blood Please suggest medication that can stop the diarrhea and bleeding.
