I was diagnosed with hepatitis a and hepatitis e with little positive on 23 december 2 weeks before my bilirubin level was 15 and last week it was 8 How long should I abstain from drinking liquor and smoking after the lft are normal.

Hey your Bilirubin levels are fairly high. Please abstain from Alcohol until your bilirubin levels are in the normal range and after that the you need some more time for the liver to regenerate and become normal.
