Hepatitis B
5 yrs ago, i was diagnosed with Hepatitis B (+ve) but doctor said it generally goes off in 6 month period. Then after that recently i went for blood test for HBsAg and it came +ve again. So wanted to know is there any permanent cure available for this?

Hi what you have is chronic hepatitis b. It will stay fit long time. But with proper investigations, follow up and if required treatment, we can make sure you don't develop liver disease. Please meet gastroenterologist or hepatologist. Regards Adarsh CK
