Problems with stomach
Few months back I visited my village where I had lot of junk food and bad water. I had little fever and loose motion because of that and after that last month I was traveling and again ate lot of street food and I vomitted and bad stomach and since then I feel whenever I am eating I urge to go to the washroom though nothing much is coming out. Also at times the texture is darkish. Most of the times I feel constipated and whenever I pee I feel I need to excrete too. It's like I am eating and then I getting the need to excrete

It sounds like your digestive system has been disturbed by repeated episodes of infections and dietary triggers. The symptoms you describe—frequent urge to pass stool, darkish stool texture, constipation, and a sense of incomplete evacuation—could indicate ongoing gastrointestinal issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), post-infectious colitis, or mild gut dysbiosis caused by the infections or dietary changes.
Next Steps
If the symptoms continue or worsen, it’s important to consult further evaluation and specific treatment.

Thank you for sharing your symptoms in detail. Based on what you’ve described, it seems that your gastrointestinal system may still be recovering from the infections caused by consuming unhygienic food and water during your travels. Such experiences can sometimes disrupt the natural balance of your gut, leading to lingering issues like irregular bowel habits, altered stool consistency, and a sensation of incomplete evacuation. Here’s what I’d suggest as the next steps: Comprehensive Evaluation: To better understand the root cause of your symptoms, I recommend undergoing some tests, including: Stool Routine Examination and Culture (to check for infections or parasites). Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis (to rule out any structural issues). Liver Function Tests (LFT) and Kidney Function Tests (KFT) (to evaluate overall health). Gut Health Restoration: Start taking a probiotic supplement daily for a few weeks to restore the gut's healthy bacteria. Avoid heavy, spicy, or oily foods for now and focus on a bland, fiber-rich diet, including fruits like bananas and apples, and boiled vegetables. Hydration and Electrolyte Balance: Drink plenty of clean water or oral rehydration solutions (ORS) to stay hydrated. Lifestyle Adjustments: Eat smaller, more frequent meals to reduce the strain on your digestive system. Avoid street food, raw or undercooked foods, and unfiltered water. Follow-Up and Red Flags: If you notice symptoms like persistent dark stools, blood in stools, severe abdominal pain, fever, or weight loss, let me know immediately, as these need urgent attention.
