12 day s I do water fast for SPASM IN back left half of neck .
Fast is literally a very good thing with raw food. Meals may be one or two.

MUCAIN GEL 10 ml without water when pain start on three times a day.nothing by mouth till 30 minutes.
Light diet plenty of water. Avoid late dinner.
