Left side pain
Dull pain on left side of stomach and gas. Stool is fine. Does intermittent fasting and doesn't take food after 2PM till 9AMin the morning. Residing in a colder place.

I m on intermittent fasting since 2.5 years, without any complaints a known case of heart attack n multiple bone ailments n chronic insomnia. 12 day s I do water fast for SPASM IN back left half of neck . Fast is literally a  very good thing with raw food. Meals may be one or two. About treatment Tab oz two times a day after food for five days. nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for seven to ten days. MUCAIN GEL 10 ml without water when pain start on three times a day.nothing by mouth till 30 minutes. Light diet plenty of water. Avoid late dinner.

Please follow your normal dietary intake.ckean home cooked foid in moderation with moderate exercise or walking daily .all will settle.  There is no need  for medicine .

Intermittent fasting is NOT FOR YOU! Immediately shift to normal eating habit with DIETARY MODIFICATIONS. Further Intermittent fasting might lead to GERD, Esophagitis or Gastritis or Ulcers which might lead to varices, hernia and what not! For now, syrup Sucralfate will do the job.
