It is not clear what you mean by "itching in the intestine". Please get your CBC and LFT done and consult a General Physician. Off hand I can advise that you should not take any more antibiotics, you should take some Probiotic, one Capsule per day, and have a diet which is low in oil and spices. You should also take green salad and curds.

No need to mention about money, You r on right diet, when no fever no need to worry. In typhoid gut health is impaired in every body due to typhoid + antibiotics USED in treatment. To improve gut health use probiotic as butter milk, curd, some sakes in normal temperature.with light diet as u consume. Weakness takes time to go, light diet take long time but no other option. Add Tab supradyne one at night for ten days after dinner. It's a b complex + minerals+ antioxidant. You can continue it for three weeks. Plenty of water is good but u need electral, lamonade, or ORS for instant energy. Fruits must be peeled off. Use of orange, papaya is very good. Juice of beetroot spinach tomato carrot is a very healthy option.
