Emset 4 md one to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly, nothing by mouth till 30 minutes for nausea. ADVICE LIGHT DIET CONTAIN LOTS OF FIBER. ADD SALAD FRUITS SPROUTS IN FOOD. U CAN ADD OATS . PLENTY OF WATER N LIQUID. REGULARITY IN DIET PLAN.
