Based on the provided information, here is a possible response as a specialist doctor on Practo: An inflamed liver can occur due to various reasons, including dietary habits, alcohol consumption, infections, or fatty liver disease. It is essential to confirm the diagnosis and assess the extent of the inflammation. Recommended course of action: 1. Lab tests: Liver function tests (LFT) Complete blood count (CBC) Lipid profile C-reactive protein (CRP) 2. Imaging: Ultrasound whole abdomen to check for liver size, fatty infiltration, or other abnormalities. Dietary suggestions: Avoid alcohol completely, even if consumed occasionally. Limit oily, spicy, and processed foods. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in antioxidants. Increase water intake to stay hydrated. Incorporate liver-friendly foods like turmeric, garlic, and green leafy vegetables. Please consult me for a detailed evaluation and tailored treatment plan. You can contact me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further assistance.
