I had fever for a day and I'm having loose motions for last 5 days I did spotted blood as well in it quite a few times dark in colour and sometimes it was just blood and water

STOOL test complete n microscopic.occult blood, Tab oz two times a day after food for five days. Enterogermina respule three times a day no relation with food.for three days. Plenty of water n liquid ORS lamonade electral butter milk, Curd rice, Poha curd Messed chapati curd. Banana, papya as fruit.

1. Try to go to the nearest hospital for a full check up. 2. Till then, take as much ORS as you can, and be well hydrated. 3. Key is rehydration, rather than other medicines as first priority. 4. Paracetamol 500mg SOS for temperature more than 100 °F

If you are passing less amount of urine, then you may need iv fluids. Do a CBC, KFT, stool routine exam.
