Fever loose motion and vomiting
Hi doctor My 4 yrs old son is having vomiting fever and bloody diarrhea from today morning. No doctors are available here today. Please help me with the medications.

Stool for complete  n microscopic. Ors, lemonade,  buttermilk curd to be used. Oflooz syr 2 ml two times a day after food.  Sporolac syr 2ml three times a day after food for five days. Ibugesic plus syr 1.5 ml three times after food for fever. Light diet home made  Upma poha Khichdi porridge  curd. Banana,  watermelon  chikoo

Fever with bloody diarrhea and vomiting in a child is an indication for hospitalization and appropriate management due to its severity.As he is vomiting,he may not tolerate oral fluids and medicines.
