Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Sir/Mam My daughter had typhoid a month back and that was cured with antibiotics. Now suddenly a week back she had heavy stomach ache , vomiting and diarrhea. Doctor asked for blood reports and stomach ultrasound.blood reports are normal and ultrasound also looks ok as per doctor . But in ultrasound as attached we see " e/o Dialed Bowel Loop" . We are worried what is this and why doctor didn't pay attention. Is this some serious disease or is it common in diarrhea vomiting. Please advise

Hello! I got a CBC test done yesterday wherein my WBC level was little elevated, with the count being 13.5. I also have an upset stomach with mild nausea and loss of appetite for the past 3-4 days. Can this cause increased WBC count? I got another blood check done last month, and my WBC count was normal.

I have a very bad stomach ache, loose motions and vomiting since morning today. I had a metrogyl 400 and electral. During breakfast I had watermelon, cucumber and coconut water. But the moment I eat anything everything comes out in the form watery stool or vomit. Including ors. And the stomach ache is very bad. What can I do?
