Plz suggest something, i am feeling gas trapped inside my stomach. From last 3 days. I have also taken pan-d.

I have noticed a pea size lump on my near above  left side belly button and some areas feel like a lump on my stomach... Sometimes the burning sensation and upper stomach pain And, three months before only took a CT abdomen due to belly button infection and mild bleeding  and CT scan was normal only.. What to do pl suggest thanks.

Bad breath from nose and mouth no issue of mouth teeth and nose but still bad breath from both so please guide

Hello I have been suffering from stomach pain in right side since 28 January2024. There Is no problem in ultrasound.

I recently had fissue and bleeding hemorrhoids. I started using Naturolax powder for fiber to keep my stools soft. The Naturolax powder helped me a lot in healing the fissure and hemorrhoid, but it is giving me acidity. 6-8 days after starting Naturolax, i have developed acidity such as back pain, frequent burps, fatigue, and uneasiness in the upper digestive tract. This is the third time i have been experiencing this problem after using Naturolax. When i quit Naturolax, 1 week later, my problems settle down. Why does this happen? How do you cure this problem?

Start with symptoms like severe gas, abdominal pain followed by fever, dizziness, severe fatigue and weakness the other day. Fews days later, green stool. Symptoms came and went away in a week's time. Somedays are good somedays it is either stomach burn or cramps and dizziness continued for quite some days. There is a lot of gas, history of constipation since a long period. Light headedness or dizziness and stomach pain and burn is on and off. Since few days, I have pain in lower back, experiencing dry mouth these days and stomach burns and cramps are on and off. A lot of gas is always there. Constipation is there since long. My work includes a lot of stress specially after lockdown, I have been going through a lot of stress on and off. I am a smoker too. Last time before 5 months I experienced similar symptoms (a little worse). All reports blood, stool, urine were normal last time. USG of whole abdomen was clear. This time it triggered after having junk. What could this possibly be?

Dear doctors From last 10 days I am having problem with my stool. First 2 days my stool was coming very thin but soft. After that it started becoming more less and same very thin but not hard . And also I am unable to pass gas normally.And now if I have urge to poop when I go sit in the WC only gas comes out but no poop or very less poop. In between 4  days back I took  laxative once but still poop came but not much , but after two days I got loose motions for 2 times but now again the same . Very less poop only little in the morning then whole day nothing comes out, and urging to poop is also very less. Can you please guide me is it IBS or something more severe. I am very scared right now. By the way I went to a physician 4 days back and he suggested me RACICRAFT once in a day Then Omeze DSR in the morning & Normaxin tab once a day. But still not much help. Please suggest what should I do. Thank you🙏

Hi 30f.In Nov I did lft in that sgpt sgot were high used liv 52. Done Usg abd & Pelvic which came back normal. LFT in Dec sgpt sgot came normal ALP was 224 and ggt was also raised. Used udiliv from Dec to Feb 5. In FEB lft showed normal ggt. ALP reduced to 129 doc told stop all medications. I have done LFT as I was having itching. Since Jan I donot have any itching. I am worried if I need to take lft always. Will the enzymes increase again. Medications - Using Neomarcazole for subclinical hyperthyroidism. Will I need to get LFT again Will these enzymes increase again? Plz respond. The normal ALP levels are 110 but I got 129 and doc told its ok not to worry and stop all medications

I have done endoscopy findings are mild gerd and moderate antral gastritis rest are normal .what is the permanent cure for these disease.i am scared
