My digestive system is not good. All the time i don't feel good specially after waking up I never feel fresh and suffering from fatigue. I am 68 years old but my friends of my age they are more active and energetic. I want to cure my digestive problems.

Got it. Assessment of vitamin d 3 VITB12 is advisable. These symptoms r mostly due to DEFICIENCY. If DEFICIENCY easily substituted without any problem. They r safe n having no side effects.   Need lot of patience to revert back. Yet u can start Uprise 60,000IU once a week after breakfast for eight weeks followed by same one per month for six months.
