After eating gas formation and pain
After having food like chicken egg gram... Facing a lot of gas problems and pain in the right side back. After taking butter milk I feel a little bit relief. Reason: I used to eat a lot of food at night and didn't go for a walk , without having breakfast I used to take tea everyday, I used to eat excess masala. I eat tobacco ( khaini)

That’s because of gastritis. Drink more water after having food so as to wash stomach. Buttermilk neutralise acid in stomach hence you get relief. Try having butter milk before food and then have warm water after food

For some days eat light diet like khichdi daliya dahi Avoid eating after sunset Drink enough water Sleep by 10 pm take at least 7hrs of sound sleep Include fruits and salad in ur diet U will start feeling the change
