Doctor i am working as Medical representative.I am suffering from Fluctuations after taking food as well as constipation problem also.Doctor please suggest me what medication o have to take.I thought that i have to take Simethacon.please suggest me doctor.Thank you

Hi i am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (ibs), my question is that should i eat monges if I am suffering from ibs or should I need to avoid it , and plz recommend a  good supplement because right now my bmi is so less , so I can follow the supplement along with diet.

I have stomach pain and recently did a CT Enterography & MR Elastography and found out that liver enlarged to 22.3cm and spleen enlarged to 14cm Am having body pain and tiredness along with stomach righ side pain when am sitting . Recently I have noticed him bleeding also badly . My doctor suggest me to do LFT and thyroid in coming week.

I was diagonised with GERD in 2013 and had redone endoscopy in 2017 and found mild antral gastritis.from past one month I am having nausea,stomach burning or something like cramps.when I get this I take pantop 40.but still it comes and goes.what can be the thing and should endoscopy be done again and again or how as even sugary things and wheat also cause this pain I feel.

Stomach pain and blood in stool its been 2 months i deliverd baby I also have back pain and gas Sometimes discomfort in anus

I have been on treatment of abdominal tunerculosis since 4.5months. i had illeoceacal junction thickening of 2.8cm and multiple lymphnodes, among which largest was of size 4 by 2.4cm. i was given rcinex, pyzina, combutal for first 3 months then from last 1.5months i m having rcinex+combutol+levofloxacin. my latest ultrasound report tells i have now junction thickening of 1cm(2.8cm i tial) and largest lymphnode is now (1.9*1.1cm ) which was 4*2.4cm. . now i have two questions 1.is my thickening has got reduced in good amount as per 4.5months treatment? or it shud have been reduced to zero by now? 2.i still get pain in abdomain once in a week or 10days? even aftrr 4.5months is pain normal? smtimes i feel like swelling in intestine and den it becomes normal,is it normal such behaviour? how much time shud i expect to vanish this pain completely?

Hello doctor. I am taking medication for GERD. Acidity is very much in control. However i am feeling heaviness in me chest and feeling something stuck in my throat and chest. Sometimes i feel fine and sometimes the symptoms comes back.
