Can we drink amla juice in empty stomach while we have stomach upset? I'm have stomach upset for last 20 days.

Stomach full of gas bloated and could not sleep at night very uncomfortable and feeling nausea and lose of appetite

I have ulcerative colitis...most if the time my stools are dark colored or black in color. May I know what's the reason for that? Is it indicating that blood is leaking in large intestine??

Today we met Gastroenterologist and he gave Rifagut 400 for medication .but forgot to ask wether it needs to be taken before food or after food ?

My mom experienced severe stomach pain, heavy sweating, loose motions, vomiting (green colour) and pain in legs... In last 1 week, 3 times it happened. We have got following testings done. Basis ultrasound a doctor suggested removal of gall bladder due to gallstones, however CT reports shows no major issue of gall bladder. Please help to understand the issue and suggest further treatment.

I have been having this weird problem of waking up in the middle of the night generally within one hour of sleep where I wake up suddenly short of breath I have consulted both chest doctors and gastroenterologists The chest x ray lung function tests and ECG are all NormalDoctors saying it's gas as I do had some GERD problem before.All doctors suggested to have dinner as early as possible to get relief from this problem.
