Stomach Problems & Remedies

I feel goosebumps, chills and extreme fatigue all the time and I am having gas and stool appears to be yellow and slightly loose without consistency. Been to several Doctors, blood work came normal , X ray , ultrasound normal , but liver enzymes elevated. Can elevated liver enzymes cause these type of symptoms. I am on Pan-40 and Ursodeoxycholic acid for 2 months.

My stomach is upset for almost a month now dark brownish to blackish stool with almost liquid like consistency and many a times as soon as i eat i have to go smelly also my mouth feels dry all the time and dark circle has appeared under the eyes kindly suggest

Hello in 2017 i have done endoscopy and colonoscopy because of pain in abdomen then the reports were normal with only antral gastritis..then recently i got my appendix removed whixh was not shown in any scan but doctor removed due to pain which was in lower right abdomen and its fine now...right am still feeling pain in RUQ and i went to the surgeon and he tells me that i have IBD because i had some loose stools...but from coupke of days my stool is normal so why the doctor told i havs ibd ...and if it was ibd why did it not show in colonoscopy which was done in 2017...and medications i used are rifagut and sompraz l...please help me with this issue ...am i having ibs or ibd.

I have 22mm gall stones..getting heavy upper abdomen pain and back pain..is it i can go with medicines r surgery..

Gall bladder stone (1 stone) of 9mm size identified in scan yesterday. Is there any possibility of home remedy or medicine without surgery. I am scared of surgery. Please help. Scan report attached. Is surgery the only option?
