I missed a dose of rifagut 400...and nw it's already the time of second dose...what should I do now???

I feel my digestion is not proper. Urges to go 3-4 times a day. Now a days its fear to eat outside feels like as i eat i will have to tend to go for motion. Also little tingering feeling always. Motion is not hard though. Bt i feel my digestion is not proper.

Doctor suggested pantocid hp for 2 weeks but after 2 day tablet i stopped medicine dude severe stomaxh pain and burning is their any issue on thia

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old, weight 107kg. I have GERD, Asthma, urticaria problem. Endoscopy was done on 31st January 19, it was fine. Doctor suspected esophageal Motility disorder.  I am on strict bland diet. I consulted another Gastroenterologist. He gave me medicine PPI and prokinetic. I have been having stomach burning, chest pain. I eat Non veg food with no spice a month ago. Later I developed severe GERD symptoms chest pain, nausea, stomach burning. I am on strict bland diet for the past 1 month. Now I developed mouth ulcer , stomach burning sensation and throat pain. On eating food I feel throat pain. I am worried whether it is Esophagtis or cancer? Please advise What I am supposed to do?

Doctor told I have small crack in anel . He suggested me to do betadine solution sitz bath and given proctosedyl ointment .. Can I apply ointment full over night or morng. Betadine solutions how to use ..

I just need suggestions when repeat colonscopy needed. If nothing found then to repeat colonscopy nerded or not. Please suggest me some test which i shld do now for confirming ibs.

I feel burning sensation in my anus.Sometimes, it is painful to pass stool. I have observed bleeding in that area usually.
