Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach become's very full and tight after eating very less also. Couldn't do motions properly too. It's been a while now. Please suggest what to do. Or probably visit a doctor in Baner.

My sgpt level was 175 1 year ago.. after taking some medicine its comes to normal.. but after 1 year it is 141 and and after a gap of month its doesn't come to normal .. my usg report shows fatty liver grade 1.. i am a hevy drinker since 4 years.. i m feeling discomfort.. my age is 24

I have recently done my liver function test and found out that the values of SGOT/SGPT/GGT all are almost double and A/G ratio is 1.3. Ultrasound of abdomen is all normal and previously also I have done many test for liver diseases and also fibroscan which all have come normal.What is the reason for this elevated liver enzymes and why are they not coming back to normal

I'm taking pantocid from last 4 months coz I had diarrhea and constipation for which i took norflox and rifaximin rply. Now it's been 2 months that I only have symptom of semisolid stool consistency, I tapered to pan20 coz I was having stomach burning sensation but after tapering I'm having chest pain. Now again from 5 days I'm taking pan40, now I'm fine. I want to stop pantocid coz it has made my digestion weak. My stool is loose and I feel discomfort in stomach sometimes coz of it. Help me stop it!!

I started taking pantocid for acidity 6 months back coz of side effects from Nexito which I have stopped. I'm forming loose stool coz of taking it and when I stop it, heartburn starts. 1.What is the way to stop it without any side effect?? 2.Does long term use of pantocid make digestion weak??
