Im suffering from initial stage of piles having a desk job,cant even move between 10 to 7 what is the best medicine for quick relief please help

Since 6 weeks i have been having loss of appetite and weight loss. Doctors presumed symptoms related to my gall bladder surgery but abdominal ultrasound and all blood tests are clear. Endoscopy was done and nothing serious apart from chronic superficial gastritis. Doctor said gastritis is not severe and did Autonomous balance report which showed PNS is way higher than SNS. The GP says gastritis is purely stress related. Can this be cured naturally? I live abroad so this weight loss is worrisome. Please advise as im already on homeopathy but my appetite has not returned completely. No pain , nausea, vomiting etc.

Hello I have been diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis with liver cirrhosis in 2015. I am taking omnacortil 10 and azoran 50mg.my problem is that I often get nauseated and full.i am not been able to increase weight. Also I taking ayurveda treatment for same.my. But from past one month I am experiencing full body pain and weakness sometimes sleepiness is also there and also my weight is reduced to 62 from 65 kg. Please suggest me on this situation and is there a concern on this situation. Please reply and consult me on this problem?

I was diagonised with gerd in 2013,and mild gastral antritis on 2017.after ramazan now I feel very fatigue and sometimes nausea and loss of appetite.should I go for endoscopy again or is it just the tiredness after ramazan fasting.i feel mild burning in stomach also.what can be the reason and what medicine can be taken for it.i believe some particular foods are creating this problems .it was not there from many months but started again now.

I have a stomach pain mybe due to yesterday food eaten from outside .. due to this pain not feeling comfortable and having breathing problem because of this pain

01st May: Had severe heartburn due to not eating and having raw whiskey(3pegs)  before night. Went to doctor and was prescribed NEXPRO RD-20 and I was fine after 2days. Did not drink after the incident. 14th May: Started to have constipation. 15th: Taken one laxative DULCOFLEX and passed motion comfortably on  that night. 16th: Started taking fiber supplement FREEGO. 18TH and 19TH Had mild persistent pain in left lower abdomen, which frees after going to bathroom. I was freaked out, out of panic went to gastroenterologist. 20th: Doctor suggested for abdominal scan for kidney stones or any other issues. Nothing found in abdominal ultrasound, everything was normal.  Doctor suggested PEGFIBER a fiber supplement to relieve constipation. 23rd: Underwent full body check-up out of doubt and everything was normal. I was feeling mild pain in stomach between chest bone and belly button. And was passing gas more than normal. So doctor suggested to use  RCON-LSR tab. No improvement.

Doctor my friend had phynyl 3 weeks ago.. He was admitted to the hospital right after that.. But in 2 weeks the bill was around 50k. So he demanded discharge. After 2weeks of hospitalization. He is facing severe pain in the stomach. He is running short of money to get himself admitted to the hospital .. Would you please tell me that any other doctor can help or he has to consult to the same doc for further treatment. Kindly share your view he is based in noida , delhi/ncr
