My doctor's done a barium swallow x ray and they found that I am suffering from esophagus spasm in lower side of esophagus around 10 cm. They advised to do a dilation for cleaning but because of the narrowing in lower side during the dilation it mau be possible the esophagus may be damaged or break ao in tis case surgery will be needed. Should I take a chance in my city ranchi or I shall visit somewhere else.? I am very much confused what to do.

Hi my age is 21years..i dont drink or smoke but from past one weak there is blood from anus end part.whenever the anus opens there is some extra mass inside and when i touch it there is blood on my fingers. 1) Can it be cured at home 2)What can be possible reasons.can it be cancerous? 3)should i go for allopathy or Ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment.

I went to gastro a week back and he told I have mass lesion in abdomen. He told me to take CT abdomen for lesion suspect. In that stress and anxiety I lost 2 kgs in a week but I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years, I went to my family gastro and told my symptoms he just told its nothing but for my satisfaction only usg abdomen can be done. He told me to remove stress anxiety first.

I am suffering from stomach ache for past 4 days. It was suddenly came. It's continusually paining . And suddenly pain is increasing. Please suggest me

I am 30 years old male, I am having chronic diarrhoea 6 weeks long, sometimes blackish, rarely bright reddish tinge with mucous. Smoker, was diagnosed with GERD 2-3 years back. Fatigue and cramps in abdomen and feeling of unepmty bowels even after using restroom. What could this be. Please advice next steps to diagnose cause. Tried metrogyl and norflaxin alternatively 3 day course. Happens exactly after we have water change with tds 300-325 earlier used to drink 100 tds.

From last 20 days.. I have a digestion issues and I am eating Normally some tym but some time not. I will feel like stomach is very hard and I feel like I have to washroom immediately. But nothing happens. As per my understanding some gas issue or acid issue is there

Can gas travel from lower intestine to upper part of abdomen if motions are not clear?Sometimes after i return from motion(not clear feel heavy in lower abdomen)I start having severe pain in my lower back and both sides and it radiates to upper abdomen(pin like sensation)Despite using gas reducing medications it doesnt subside(cannot sleep also at night)..What is the reason?

I was getting pain in anel while sitting . Pain increase while riding or sit in hard surface . I feel pain like anel getting squeeze and also feel like pain getting spread in bottom and also burning after passing stool .  From last week . I have done endoscopy and colonoscopy one month back both report I have attached and taking tablets for ibs and stomach gastic . Taken cect scan also came normal . Due to I had pain in left upper abdomen. Kindly suggest me what I have to do further . I am feeling very difficult to sit in office and ride bikes .
