Marginally enlarged spleen and fatty liver grade 1...marginally increased is cause of tension . Very worried

Stomach pain for the last 5 days...loose motion is there...had food from outside on last Friday..since then it started..pain in above navel portion

Hi I have had h pylori infection and mutiple erosions in anturm and duodenal , I have undergone treatment on 2 weeks and 4 weeks medication on pantoacid and samproz tablets. But i see still upper  abdomen pressure and burning sensation exist in stomach, can this treated permanentally. I am so much worried.. please help me on this..

Liver Ultrasound shows increase in echotexture . Fatty liver grade 2.No drinker. Mild increase in bilirubin. Other test shows low b12 and low vitamin d. Little high lymphocytes.

I visited Haridwar 2 days back and after returning, i am experiencing a very strange mild vibration in and around anas area. At times the vibrations would last for 10-15 seconds and some time they will go on for some time. Now I have also got an upset stomach. With loose motions and some gastric problem i am a bit concerned. What is this vibration and is this a cause of some concern. Is there any specialist that I should consult immediately or it is temporary condition. Please suggest.

One side ( full Right side) pain from under rib cage to belly button.. Pain Reduce after meal..with loose motion ( No Nausea, and other symptoms...) Pain since 3 -4 month.. Ultrasound are Normal LFT Normal

How can i get rid of excessive gas. Earlier i was taking tea 2 times a day but now have reduced tea to 1 time and now taking milk one time. Still gas is there but no pain or any other symptoms etc. Please let me know if there is any over the counter medicine or some dietary changes that need to be done to reduce gas. Thanks

I am taking rabeprazole 20 mg and neopride 25 mg since 4 months... I was having nausea. So doctor recommended me this.. Now i am having problem with bowel movement.. I dont have proper bowel movement. And excessive flatulence.. also i dont feel hungry.. and sometimes i feel nauseated.. Is these medicines safe? Should i continue taking this?
