I got little high fever after taking antibiotics two times a day. I am taking ampicillin, esotrend and clindamycin all together for inf Infection. Is this side effect

For 4 years I was suffering from rectum burning, If I ate a little spicy then I had a lot of rectum burning.Finally, last year  I did colonoscopy from a GI doctor. In the report I found to be proctitis. At that time the doctor gave me the prescription of mesacol 400 and rifagut 400 for the 10 days, But those medicines did not make any difference to me. So I have stopped the treatment for a year. Current symptoms - Difficulty in passing stool, passing mucos without bleeding, rectum numbness, feeling swelling and inflammation in rectum, After eating the feeling of going to defecation, Weight loss.

Hi doctors I had upper abdomen dull pain and went to see gastroenterologist before 20 days and had endoscopy and found affected with h pylori infection and he gave me medicines and after 14 days completion of first of course of medicine, very immediate day same pain has started again. In between first course of medicine for 1 week continuously had food from hotel for 3 times a day. So whether the pain reoccurred due to this? Will it get cured completely? What is the next course of action?

Hi doctor I have initial stages of ulcer due to h pylori and doctor gave me the first course of medicine for 14 days and immediately after 14 days from very first day, Again same problem has came again . I had endoscopy and said only have h pylori on initial consultation. Why the same pain has come again? So h pylori can't be cured or will it reoccur? What will be maximum days I can get it cured? Yesterday afternoon I had veg bryiani and Gobi Manchurian and bryiani was very spicy. From yesterday night till now I have severe stomach pain. Present condition I met with an accident last month. Leg fracture spin fracture. The tablet I am taking are mesociL od, digestive and bowl movement pills. Please help me what can I do to get rid of stomach pain and what diet can I follow.
