Sir I have been diagnosed with ulcer in antrum and h pylori bacteria positive after endoscopy. I have burning in my stomach most of the times along with pain in my eye. Doctor prescribed antibiotics for 14 days along with ppi for one month. But after completion of one month I still face the same problem. Kindly suggest me is the ulcer is not healed . What should I do now

For last few days, whole of the abdomen seems to be bloated. Difficulty in passing stools. Stools are foul smelling. Sometimes hard, sometime loose stool. Please suggest some good medicines..

I have been suffering from loose consistency stool 2/3 times a day since 3 weeks now.  Sometimes mild pain in left side just below ribcage is felt but it's neither severe nor persistent. In Culture and sensitive test of stool sample, gram stain showed gram negative bacilli-E.Coli. Antibiogram says Highly sensitive to Amikacin, Co-trimoxazole; Moderately sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Nitrofurantoin and waekly sensitive to Ofloxacin, Doxycycline, Furazolidone & Cefixime Clavulanic Acid. This problem is not going away with the current prescription of Septran DS, Metrogyl-400mg and Famtac. What should I do now?

My father was treated after appendicitis with mass formation 10 days back with conservative treatment with 5 days admitted in hospital.  The ultrasound taken today and 10 dats back shows reduction in size from 9-11 mm to 6-7 mm. But todays scan shows 9x7 mm sized peri appendicular collection with marginal omental fat seen in right ooliac fossa. I consulted two surgeons. One surgeon suggested to start IVR based treatment in hospital and told 9x7 mm size could be pus so told to do CT scan where as other surgeon told unless there is pain dont do anything just continue tablets and do scan after 4 weeks for operation if pain appears. As of now there is no pain whatsoever. I am in dilemma what to do.

In USG find fatty lever grade 1 and I also fill mild pain under right ribs what is cause of pain under right ribs

Stools are coming without food processing and full on watery , dr suggested rebsac d and nor tz it is fine ???

Dear doc, I started suffering from loose motions and vomiting since 2 weeks back... i was also running a high temperature of 103... they gave me IV and injections for fever and i got my periods within 3 days so the whole thing repeated itself and i was having fever... till last week i was fine, now again from today im experiencing vomiting and loose motions along with fever and a bad headache... im really worried doc, pls guide me as to what type of treatment should i take further

I hav high acidity and Gas problem, it was started one month back, first it was started with heart burning sensation and acute pain. I visited hospital in emergency they did all kind of cardio test, ECG, ECHO, all were negative again one week after it strick again. It was hospitalized then again all kind of ecg, echo-stress was done all were negative. They gave me antaacid medicine with some vitamins by saying it was only nerve pain... But after course was completed then it started again now with body pain.. I consulted a physician, Dr said suggested me to take typhoid test and also cbc, all were normal... Typhoid was negative, i was told it is because of infection in stomach then again antaacid medicine was started with antibiotics, for week it was relaxed after course complete it was again started. Then i visited Ayurvedic Senior physician he told me i hav hyper acidity problem, i am taking ayurvedic medicine and changed my diet according to that still i m feeling better.

I had done stool test for my 2 month old baby... her report are as follows: Undigested Particle - Present + Reaction Ph - Acidic (6.0) What could be the problem?? I have attached full picture of report
