Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm attaching it my report. Can anyone explain me what it is? Is there any medicine for getting relief from patchy hypermia in antrum(Gastritis). I'm having the problem of indigestion (formation of stool is thin)from 5 months and feel burning sensation in stomach sometimes. When I eat something hard like rajma,chole,paneer,milk,soyabean, chicken etc most of the time for 2 days I feel discomfort in stomach and stool also becomes loose. Explain in detail plz otherwise don't answer coz other docs don't answer then. Help

Suffering from external haemmoroids and piles. It's not bleeding but itching. Any medicine that can cure it completely.
