Minimally coarse echotexture may not mean much and it should be evaluated with blood tests and fibro scan, perhaps.

Fibrous structure forms the scaffolding of almost all internal organs of the body. If they are increased than what it should be, it gives coarse echo texture of the liver on ultrasonography examination. Get examined by a surgeon or a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
