Grade-2 fatty liver problem
Dear sir, my age is 30+ Since more then one weeks I have suffreing pain from left side abdomen part, I have done w/a usg report showing that I have Grade-2 fatty liver changes. dear sir kindly suggest me what diet should follow or what medicine should use pls suggest me.

Please also get your Liver Function Test and a Complete Work up from a Cardiologist. Fatty liver doesn't cause pain in the left side of the abdomen.

USG shows fatty liver, basically it is categorised in two subgroups NAFLD(non alcoholic fatty liver disease) and AFLD(alcoholic fatty liver disease) . To rule out this we need to further done few blood test . If it’s AFLD then obviously alcohol must be stopped and if it’s NAFLD then need to Focous more on lifestyle modification including weight loss , avoid oily foods and should eat more fibre rich foods.
