Stomach Problems & Remedies

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 107kg. I am treated for GERD. I got Endoscopy done on 31st January 19 report is fine. I have been given different medicine for GERD from Esomac L Nexpro Rantec etc but GERD symptoms persist. I get nausea feeling after eating, mouth, lips, ulcer throat burning at times pain in throat and Chest. For the past 2 months I have breathing problem, taking deep breath, dry cough and yawning. Unable to speak continuously due to breathlessness. I have Asthma urticaria problem. I have anxiety disorder problem. I am having medicine Montek AB Formoflo inhaler Asthalin rotohaler for Asthma, urticaria taking Cetrizen, Panic attack medicine Zosert, Etc. My question why lips, mouth, throat , stomach burning? What is the medicine for burning sensation? What is the medicine for Nausea? Suggest good medicine for GERD? Please advise.

USG abdomen indicates acute cholecystitis and congestive liver. Acute pain in the stomach and fla ulence

My  liver function test result SGPT 59 and SGOT 36 my scan report says fatty liver grade 2 mild enlargement. All other parameters normal . HBs Ag negative and AntiHCV antibodies negative. Non alcoholic.  Is this condition revesible

I have been suffering from constipation for a year now.I was in Hyderabad earlier and I once had a panick attack.I went and did all tests like ecg,echo trg.They came normal.But afterwards I had extreme acidity and constipation.Then I came to delhi and did my ct scan and lft.It came normal too.I tried several medicines.Sometimes it's better sometimes not.But still it's better than how it was a year ago.Also my lifestyle have changed like I don't eat any outside food and I don't eat stomach full like how I use to earlier because of which I have lost weight.So what should I do now.Should I have an endo or just go on with medications?

Hi Doctor, I have had loose motions since last night after having some chats. From today morning, I have stomach pain, little temperature and tiredness. Whatever I eat,  I will get stomach pain and loose motion. Please suggest some home remedy and some tablets. Thanks

From Past 2 months I am facing the bad stomach burning I used pantop 40 & saraful o jell as well but it's not better.😭😭😭

Upper abdomen is full and if pressed Pain is experienced. Constipation is a characteristic Problem which is a chronic one

Hi. Could their be Any reason why I'm not immune to typhoid. I Have got it 4 times in 2 years. Dos n donts for me ?

LFT test done . SGPT AND SGOT results 69 and 48 respectively. He willing to vomit but actually doesn't vomit. Goes to potty usually 3 times a day. We started liv52 tablet . Any thing to worry ? pls advise. Thanks Response awaited. Satish jain
