I am quite curious about one thing.
I had my cbc test.
My haemoglobin is 15
Is that rules out any kind of bowel and colorectal cancer?
Because any kind of tumor will leak blood and i will have anaemia.

Why are you worried that you would have bowel or colorectal cancer?
A disease may manifest because of multiple causes or a single factor can cause various different diseases. Medicine usually follows the principle of non-linearity and hence, foregone conclusions are rarely right.
You would need an expert opinion to help you out of this stickiness
