NASH (non alcoholic fatty liver)
I am suffering from NASH can I het better or start saving for a liver transplant? If so is there a medication or something since losing weight seems to be imposible I have cut down on all carbs and fats and hitting gym for 1+ hours each day

you r too young to think of liver transplant before exploring other options. proper diet and physical activity will take care. consult your gastroenterologist once.

It is not about losing weight it is having the healthy diet you should have fruits salads sprouts green vegetables over 70% of your total days diet

You can be better or can be normal if you reduce your weight...diet, regular exercise under supervision of expert. If it fails and your weight is very excess, condition is medically known as Morbid obesity, then as a last option ( provided you are eligible) is weight loss surgery... Liver transplant can be avoided if you sincerely follow weight loss program.
