Piles problem
While passing stools i feel pain and also there is discharge of blood i think it piles and sometimes it unbearable for a while It pains alot and small outgrowth swell up after passing the stools what should I do? I've attached a picture of my current condition

External thrombosed piles. need surgical excision or can be managed with medicines also. please visit your surgeon
