Gall Bladder Sludge
I had an ultrasound almost 06 months back and it showed everything normal. Now after 06 months I had an MR enterography, it showed GB sludge in my report. Is MRI enterography better diagnostic tool than ultrasound to detect Bilary sludge because nothing is showed up on ultrasound while sludge was visible on MR enterography. So isn't ultrasound that reliable test ?

Yes. MR  is much much more sensitive investigation. Also it is possible that sludge has formed afterwards. 6 months is enough to form sludge or stones also.
