Hello doc .I would like to know maximum how many number of fissures can occur in the anus ..I just had one in 3 o clock position now feeling same type of pain in 9 o clock position .

My self Akash and I am 31 years old. I am suffering with Uncomfortable burning feeling in chest, sometimes heartburn. acid reflux, sour or bitter taste at the back of my mouth. food or liquid from my stomach into mouth, difficulty in swallowing. Sleeping disorder and I am facing this sleeping disorder issue from so many days. At the time of face wash in the morning, when I try to pull waste from my stomach it is coming in dark chocolate color, at that particular time chest burn is getting increased. I too feel there is something in my throat like small bubble. Please suggest me for the better solution.

I am suffering from GERD with antral gastritis from many years and even IBS D like symptoms like have to go to clear bowel many times from more than 6 years all.from past 1 month I was suffering from cystitis UTI and took nutribact 100 and don't know maybe after that my upper abdomen right pain above belly button and below ribcage has increased and its dull irritating pain.because of this pain not able to concentrate and it comes has no regular times,when pudina hara taken the dull pain goes and comes back again.what can be the issue and any diagnostic test to be done.do antibiotics worsen gastritis.any endoscopy centre which is affordable in Bangalore .

I am having chronic GERD for the past two years,I am having difficulty in swallowing food.I took many medicines like Pan tablets,Sucralfate syrup,but they are giving temporary solution only.The problem is Reoccurring again. Should I go for surgery for this problem?.will surgery give permanent solution?.Because every day I am having discomfort and difficulty in swallowing with this acid reflux.

I have acidity n gas issues which in every 2 months causes mouth ulcers. Please suggest medicine and diet

Hello I am 30 year old.i have problem of throat burn and acidity from last 1 week.i have tried empty stomach capsules, aciloc,eno but not solution for throat burn due to this at night i have feel gbrat and high pulse rate.i cant sleep at night.please suggest me something

Male 24 ,Asian Indian . 94 Kg ,6'1 Height Non Smoker,Non Alcohol. No Previous Health Conditions . I have been observing since last 2 Months I have been burping too much . If I drink water I burp ( a lot everytime, take a sip and burp comes instantly ). If I eat food I burp ( a lot). After eating than starts constant farts . I don't have acid reflux or heartburn. I feel bloated . My stools are of loose yellow consistency (2 times a day) . I feel No pain anywhere though. I don't know of any weight gain/loss. No fever,Nausea . And yes I feel fatigue lately. I don't take any carbonated beverages and I'm Vegan. 2 years Before I had USG ABDOMEN it came out fine What should I do any suggestions? Also had Colonoscopy and Endoscopy 2 years prior .. everything was clear Please help me!
