I went for the stool test and gardia was detected in it. My doctor prescribed me Metrogyl ER BD for 7 days but still gardia cyst is being detected. Should I take Tinidazole (500/300) ? If yes, then what dose and for how many days.

I had thightness and felt like Choking in throat 2months back and  taken Pan D 5 day course than after 2 weeks was relief in throat.In present again start choking and heaviness in throat , more burping and weekness sometimes. There is no other symtomns. Plz suggest what should i do and what Medition will  start and what is the diet.Can i continue to drink turmeric milk at night and lemon water in morning.

Hi , I have undergone endoscopy for 3 times(attached report)and found Hiatal hernia. Please suggest dose it require surgery? I am taking Sompraz l and not facing any burning sensation,but facing heavy chest discomfort. Consulted cardiologist for chest pain and all tests are normal including chest X ray and confirmed no cardiac related issue. But still I am facing chest pain.

I got my blood test report. In that i have increase level of SGOT and SGPT. SGOT -50 and SGPT-69.16. I do have some time gas issue and pain in upper stomach..is it due to the increased SGOT and SGPT. Is it a concern?

My wife ast/alt ratio is very high at 3 but her individual levels are in normal range. Are low levels common in cirrhosis or do they indicate another problem like muscle or kidney? Hi sir I have a gastric problem since 3years. But few month back I have a very heart burn and stomach pain I take a tablet and I stopped. Wen i take a ppi tablet my gastric will increase and it will get pain Wen I was not taking tablet everything is normal. It's this normal or what plz let me know.

I have fissure I took laxative 2 days ago But till now I feel strong pressure like loose motion but nothing comes out everytime and if it comes in small amount loose stool I don't get fresh in just one time I have to poo many time everytime too loose stool even after 2 days of that laxative when I poo many times it irritates fissure it also hurts when I poo hard stool what to do 😭😭 everytime I feel pressure but nothing comes but feels like there's something to come out but not coming out  and if I strain fissure hurts I don't know what to do😭😭😭
