Having shortness of breath since last 3months. Which eases with burping. Plus sone tight or sore Throat. CAN GERD CAUSE Shortness of Breath for so long like 3 months continuously ?????

I am suffering with burning sensation in stomach and also more farts , burps from last two days .. Kindly suggest I hope I am feeling it's a gas problem had omez as well but very less reaction

I have struck throat coz of GERD problem .. tightness in throat from last one month .. I also took Pantoprazole 20mg and gaviscon .. for 2 weeks n also change in lifestyle .. I only eat fruits(no citrus fruits no tomato onion ) drinks lots of water in a day n salads n oatmeal n dinner khichdi .. but the symptoms are same .. frustrate with the problm

Recently I had a pain in tooth gums , throat pain and slightly feverish and consulted a Doctor. He checked and give few medications (Augmentin 625, Sinarest, Nivin plus, pantodac DSR for 5 days). Within 2nd day of taking medication I got serious issues in stomach. Stomach bloated too much with severe pain not able to sit or stand. I took some home remedies and gassex tablet , but it didn't reduce much. I consulted him once again and he suggested Digene mixed fruit gel. It it helped for sometime, that do not seem to solve the issue. As soon as I stand up even for 10minutes it feels bloated and pain shows up. While standing up, I feel like so much of gas inside upper stomach. But if I am on bed, sleeping position things are OK. Left side sleeping feels more comfortable. Please advise on the same.
